1. Service Overview

HireDev is a public developer leaderboard where engineers and tech creators can showcase their skills, portfolio, and availability. Listing ranks are determined transparently by user bids.

2. Bids & Payments

All payments processed through our payment gateways (e.g. Dodo Payments) grant immediate digital placement on the HireDev leaderboard. Because visibility is activated instantly, all bid transactions are final and non-refundable.

3. Listing Authenticity & Content

You agree that all profile links, names, and tech claims accurately represent your actual work. Listings must not contain:

• Impersonation of other engineers or unauthorized identity use
• Malicious software, phishing links, or deceptive redirects
• Harassment, abusive content, or illegal materials

We reserve the right to remove any deceptive or abusive listings without prior notice.

4. Disclaimers & Warranties

HireDev is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to maximize recruiter exposure, HireDev does not guarantee specific job offers or contract employment from third-party recruiters.
